Daniel G. Jobe was appointed Chief Financial Officer of IntellAgent Control Corporation in December of 1995. Mr. Jobe joined IntellAgent Control on November 7, 1995, after a 19-year career with Arthur Andersen & Co., the international accounting and consulting firm. He was a partner in Arthur AndersenÆs Dallas office for the past nine years, specializing in audit and business advisory services. He is a past chairman of TSCPAÆs Financial Institutions Committee and has been a frequent speaker and instructor at professional seminars, universities, and Arthur Andersen training programs.
